The Residence Azzurro Calaghena is the ideal place to spend your summer holidays, but also to rent an apartment during the autumn or winter, on a monthly basis. It is perfect for a student or an off-site worker, your modern and comfortable home in a quiet and peaceful environment just a few steps from the city.
 

The winter price list valid from October to May provides, for stays of at least one month, a price of 250 € including VAT. Wi-Fi is included in the price, all other consumptions are charged to the customer. For annual stays that also include the summer months, the monthly fee is € 400, excluding utilities.

 

The summer price list is valid from June to September. The price, inclusive of VAT, includes: Wi-Fi, electricity, water, air conditioning, final cleaning, bed linen, 1 bathroom linen kit for each guest, parking. The Residence Card, at a cost of € 50 per person per week, is free for children under 4 and entitles you to use the park's facilities (swimming pool, gazebos, outdoor tables, playground and) and those of the private beach (1 umbrella and 2 deck chairs), reachable in two minutes with a convenient shuttle.
