The Residence Azzurro Calaghèna is located adjacent to the homonymous village, with 4 complexes of terraced houses recently renovated and furnished with elegance and functionality, in order to offer the best comfort to our customers. Two-room apartments The two-room apartments are located on the ground floor or the first floor.They have an area of around 65 sq. m. with spacious garden and independent entrance, bright living room with sofa bed and equipped kitchen area, 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 storage cupboards. Equipped with air conditioning.

 
 

Duplex These apartments measure around 65 sq. m. and are over two floors, with a large, separate gardend with their own private entrance. On the ground floor, there are the living room with sofa bed and fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 storage cupboard. On the first floor there are 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 storage cupboard. Air-conditioned.

   

Three-room apartments The three-room apartments are located on the ground floor or the first floor, with an area of around 75 sq. m. They have independent entrances, a bright and spacious living room with sofa bed and equipped kitchen area, 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 storage cupboard. They are equipped with air conditioning.
