The park located inside the Residence has been equipped with barbecue, swimming pool, children's play area, relaxation zones, gazebos and rest stops for better socializing of customers. All the villas, fully furnished (two-room and three-room apartments), have two bathrooms and adjoining gardens, terraces and balconies (sea view), with umbrellas, tables and chairs also for the outside and illuminated at night, together with the free WIFI service.

They are also air-conditioned, periodically sanitized and equipped with a large kitchenette and induction cooker (complete with all the tools and washing machine). The internal services (electricity, water, air conditioning, weekly cleaning, bed linen and 1 weekly bathroom linen kit for each guest) are included in the overall price in relation to the summer rates.
